Visits of our Coordination Office to Academic Units
In December 2024, our Coordination Office conducted visits to the academic units of our Institute. During these visits, presentations were made on various topics to inform our units according to the agenda:
- Quality Assurance System (Terminology, PUKO cycle, issues to be considered when preparing evidence, sample evidence chains; total 5 slides)
- Quality Assurance System in Higher Education ( YOKAK External Evaluation Programmes, Evaluation in KAP, IZTECH KAP results, KAR determinations related to education and training, YOKAK evaluation criteria related to teaching, the evidence structure of these criteria, and the unit’s evaluation of the evidence shared within the scope of the criteria; total ~80 slides)
- IZTECH Advisory Boards (member assignment/updating, working style, preparation
templates for required documents; ~10 slides) - IZTECH Quality Teams (creation of teams, duties and responsibilities; ~3 slides)
